


ABOUT ME
My passion is health, fitness and nutrition. As a mum of three I understand the time constraints of family life. I believe health and fitness should be for life not just a quick fix. Movement should be natural, empowering and fun. Through our sessions you will build confidence to reach your targets and achieve your fitness and health goals.
I love the feeling you get from exercising outside, facing the elements and pushing your self to go further and faster, breathing deeply and being mindful. Working outside can strengthen your mind and body and create a strong connection with nature which aids mental as well as physical health. That is why whenever possible I try to work with clients outdoors at their homes, in the park or at the beach.
Training sessions will help you to transform your health so that you can live a long, happy and active life. By exercising you will have less stress, more energy and have more focus at work and at home.
Having a wide range of experience working with clients of all ages and abilities. I will work with you to create fun and targeted individual plans based on your needs and goals. I also offer pair and group sessions so that you can work with a friend and reduce the price.
